Hello everyone I ask you for help, with the latest versions of A11 and A12 the wifi no longer works, when I activate it it does not detect any network and sometimes the phone restarts.

I ran the clean flash by deleting DATA, system, vendor, dalvik and cache, internal storage, restarted in recovery with TWRP 3.6.0_9.

I am using the latest global firmware V11.0.2.0.NCFMIXM

I do not understand why the wifi does not work, a problem that only I have? is there a solution?
Flash presist image...easiest way is from orangefox recovery

THANK YOU
permission to save link
since the first time I used this version during the initial PE Plus 10 rom that appeared:
* almost never a problem
* long battery life
* Simple and smooth
until today I don't want to move to a higher rom

I don't know why changing to PE PLUS 11 rom feels heavy for my Mido
Feel free to save or share link ;) I agree...best PE rom for mido

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
I just try this ROM right now. Manage to reach home screen, settings, and update apps.

Sorry if this is a repost question, but how to successfully update WebView and Chrome through Play Store?

It always failed for me. But others apps updating just fine.
Also if you press "Uninstall" on both apps, it won't do nothing.
Disabling and re'enabling the apps also do nothing.
See video attached👇🏻:
------------------------------------------------------
edit: I also try update through apk from apkmirror from this link -> webview & chrome
The WebView seems updated without problem (probably), but the Chrome is crash when I open it.

Update: It seems I just successfully update the WebView and Chrome via apk without crash.
Turns out I need to restart the phone after I update it. 🤦🏻

But I'm still curious though. Why can't I update both apps via Play Store? 🤔

I'm trying to resurrect my old Mido which is still on stock MIUI. Over a week of browsing here I came to a conclusion that Pixel Experience 10 is the most stable ROM for daily usage. I just have one concern. Quite a few old YouTube videos about PE 10 mention that many users face slow mobile network speed. Was it ever resolved?

Hello, i have PE android 11 on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X snapdragon 3GB RAM for a month now and i like it very much but apps very often need much time to open so i get the message to close the app or wait. Apps like Gcam or my browser are also delaying usually in first start when i open my phone in the morning. In Generall the phone is a bit slow and seems to lag.
If i go to android 12 or 13 will it be any better?
Or if i install PE android 9 or 10 will i see any better behavior?

Yes, seems that Redmi Note 4 has aged now and it is highly recommended to purchase a new phone now. But, I still have mido with Android 12, waiting for Android 13 and my experience is actually pretty good for it, even for 3/16 variant it feels smooth. I suggest Lineage OS 20.0 or Pixel Experience A13, even though they're both unofficial, they feel very good in terms of smoothness and are regularly updated.

Hello, I just switched back to stock rom because in daily usage i had to wait some time to open mail app, gcam or phone dialer which i use very often daily. I didn't tried other rom But as many stated here the Device is aged and newer roms working better using lot of RAM. Beside this, Google Experience is very good custom ROM and i wish i could have it.

Thanks for the feedback, if is lag free for daily use i'll give it a try and see how it goes! But is it?

After installing you may experience heavy lag due to it updating apps, optimizing etc... Give it some 6 hours and it'll become smooth. I personally haven't got a problem with it. In fact, I left my phone with an app running in BG for more than 7+ hours, opened my phone and surprised the app is still running (drained the battery a bit tho 😅). For gcam, yeah there's no workaround for that. 8.1/8.4 gcams are just too heavy for mido so better to use 6.1 gcams. Actually, there's a flag in gcam app too that checks installation for 6gb or less devices and mido is not compatible with it anymore.

    My ROM Review

    After 2 days of using this ROM, this is my observation (this may vary for our devices, some of us have this, some of us dont.)
    This are the part I really liked:
    * Android 10 (obviously)
    * Better Optimization (i don't get lag on live wallpaper)
    * Added options (Live Caption, Privacy, Guest Mode etc.)
    * Better UI
    * Fewer Bloatware

    The part I hated:
    * No Fingerprint (I'm using Goodix)
    * No Faceunlock (Can only use pattern and few options in smartlock)
    * Cannot disable HW Key (and backlight too, causes battery depletion), No navbar yet, glitchy gestures
    * No ambient display
    * Cannot pass lockscreen after reboot (i think this only happens when put password/pattern in lockscreen)
    * No option for advance reboot
    * No Live Caption (manually install this using magisk)
    * No screen recorder like Pie Plus yet
    * When clicked on Restart, the whole phone becomes unresponsive and doesn't restart (hold power button for few seconds)

    Opinion: Tons of New Things to try but with tons of New Bugs to watch out for. Because of Reboot problems and some features still not implemented, I would not use this ROM for daily use (i feel like its still in its beta stages). Overall, this ROM is great. For now, id be using the Pie Plus for stability.

    here is goodix patch please compile github(.)com/Roker2/fingerprint.goodix.so -Via Crabon rOM (thanks to roker2)
    Hello, I'm one of the peeps that patched the blobs (you can check some of the commits if you're not sure), came here to tell you 2 things:
    1) The fix itself isn't complete yet. Although we've made some progress here, Goodix still doesn't work.
    2) You forgot to put other important patches. Can't post links yet, but you can check Roker2's GitHub repos for that.

    Hope you all understand.
    10

    - Updated aptx blobs from Q
    - Added smart replies
