What version of TWRP you use? If it's the latest version downgrade your TWRP to 3.3.1.0
Thank you NatriumLink, downgrade of TWRP helped, I have installed MIUI without any problem.

Now GPS rocks. Lineage is really great ROM but with one serious bug and it is unusable GPS. Hopefully it going to be fixed soon. Anyway thanks to developer for such hard work.

Here's the screenshot from gps test and this one is tested in interior running miui 11.

Hey Luk, thanks for the great rom.
I have Mi 5s plus 4/64 and I am using your rom for a few months now. It is rooted wit latest magisk and I am using greenify to help with battery and smoothness.
Over all it is a great rom, very smooth and stable.
But there are few bugs, but only one really problematic and it is the problem with gps. It can locate my phone but navigation doesn't work, it says that phone could not find gps signal.
There is the problem also with the loudness of YouTube Vanced (last magisk version). It is sometimes to quiet but when you pause video and then press play it starts again with normal loudness.
Is there any fix for the GPS problem, for me it is deal breaker but I really like to stay on this rom?
I am attaching screenshot of gps test app.
i have the same problem no fix for gps...
EDIT: looks like the last update fixed it.

Hey everyone... It seems I made a silly mistake of starting the weekly update with a low battery charge :( So I just went from 10.11. to 17.11. ... was away from the phone while it did the upgrade and when I came back it was turned off and it would not turn on. I charged it and then turned it on. After a very long time booting LineageOS animation it goes to TWRP.
I tried:
-reinstalling 17.11. and 10.11
-I just recently installed magisk and magisk manager - so I also used "magisk uninstaller.zip" in TWRP
-original ROM boot image

all of the above in different combinations and sequences - I'm still in bootloop. any ideas would be welcome.
