Thanks! Downloading latest nightly to install on a G620S-L03 and help with the testing.

Here is what I can see so far:
* Build is 32-bit, tried to install the 64-bit google apps and it didn't let me.
* Working excellent on F2FS formatted /cache, /data and /system.
* Double tap to wake works as expected.
* LTE works with the provided baseband.
* Audio quality is better than stock.
* Volume keys of my earbuds work (Xiaomi Pistons 3), on stock the volume down key was not working.

What I would like to have is the option to select how many volume steps I want.

You can use Xposed and VolumeSteps+ or some other module to get more volume steps.

I'm aware of that, but I don't want to install Xposed for now because I'm testing and debugging this ROM and the developer doesn't want logcats with Xposed stuff in it. Thanks for your suggestion though.

Could you please support Mate 8 ?
This device (cherry) has a Snapdragon 410 and the Mate 8 has a Kirin. The Kirin codebase is almost non-existent, and I'm not aware of any Kirin devices with a Cyanogenmod build higher than 11.

Continuing with my report, here are the problems I have found after 12h of usage:

  • Battery life is a lot shorter than stock 4.4.4 (for now)
  • Flashlight quick toggle doesn't work (don't see the default flashlight app also. Camera flash works though)
  • I set my notification sound with a file in my SD card. When I was playing some music with PowerAmp (also from the SD) and got a notification, the music stopped and the SD got unmounted.
  • Disabled the notifications brightness slider, changed the brightness on settings, re-enabled the notifications slider and was not working until I changed the brightness again in the settings.
  • Phone gets warm a lot.
  • When closing the default browser it shows some garbage for a short time.
  • Selecting the search assistant and in-app search on the long-press home button setting don't work. Selecting voice search does work though.
  • openweathermap on cLock seems not to be working.

That's all for now, will let you know if I find more issues.

[EDIT] Weather worked after deleting the widget and rebooting.

1. lolipop and marshmallow themselves aren't as powersave as kitkat.
2. IDK how to fix it.
3. CM or PowerAmp bug (maybe)
4. CM bug
5. same as 1
6. What's the garbage?
7. long pressing menu opens the search assistant
8. CM bug

Thanks for your feedback

Compass doesn't work good for me.
When in vertical position it changes when you move like 1st step from here https://support.google.com/gmm/answer/6145351?hl=en , not moves when you move it like 2nd step.
When in horizontal position and speaker on the left, when you turn clockwise the "needle" indicating my direction f.e. in google maps goes counterclockwise and clockwise for counterclockwise turn. Then the south and north are in the correct places.
When in horizontal and the speaker on the right hand it turns correctly but north and south are swapped.

Do any of you experience the same issue?

Could you please help me?

Opinion (I have it in f2fs, not if it concerns):
- the battery is drunk
- When it comes to 15 % of battery it goes out
- All my cores always are active provoking that warms up the device.
- Sometimes, bugs the chamber and it me extracts photos mouth below.

I suppose that almost quite it was fixing up with small modifications, since the three first ones for example, it does not happen with her of surdu_petru

Battery drain is caused by location services, just disable that until gets fixed.

Latest nightly fixes the flashlight toggle not working. It's done by forcing a media rescan at boot.

True, it fixes flashlight icon, but unfortunately Access Point and Revert Colors icons DISAPPEARED.

Drain caused by location services makes phone losing functionality. :(

Could Switching the last application menu be displayed that the "hamburger" icon for closing applications be visible immediately, not at the invisible at first bottom?

And still I habe problem with compass...

Good to hear.

Thank you for your reply. I have G620s-L01 and compass is working for me like I said before. It is lke it's working in the wrong axis and it don't care about position of the phone. It's almost good in horizontal position with the front speaker on the right but directions are displaced 180 degrees that North is where South should be etc. Last time it worked on stock KitKat. Someone on Surdu's 6.0.1 unofficialy thread mentioned that had most likely the same problem but we didn't get any solution there.
I know it's hard to fix something that is not seen and most of users not confirm the occurrence of the error. However, I would be grateful if someone could somehow fix it.
