Test this patch instead http://review.cyanogenmod.org/163440
On CM14 the device can be waked but bootloops:
Code:

Anyway, it should work on CM13

I have already tried cm13, mokee, Slimdroid for CHE1-L04.. Still i am not getting any Sound from Speakers.. No Ringtone No Media No Alarm... Nothing...
So those who owns CHE1-L04 Its better to go back to Stock 5.1.1 then root it and install xposed module.. as CHE1 L04 Still Dont have root at the moment..
I think this is the Best Solution for us L04 users at the moment..

The dev is doing impressive, I know a stable CM14 will take a lot but it's worth it.

And we should support the dev

we haven't a CHE1-L04 to test and debug. perhaps yours is some variants with some different hardware.

some Chinese version 4x we called April machines( make by April, hardware version is cherry-vd) aslo has that problem at first, but resolved before merge into cm.

if you use emui, can you provide the hardware info by huawei's hardware test app.
