Maybe I got better battery life because I don't have resource-heavy apps like snapchat and instagram installed.

I use Facebook lite and messenger lite.

The most problematic are social apps that constantly refresh in the background.
Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Snapchat, 9GAG, Viber, WhatsApp...

Use Facebook Lite and Messenger lite (It's official but isn't in the play store, find the apk) and f**k instagram. Now you don't even need greenify.

I get where you're coming from, but I've used those apps since I bought the phone. And tHe battery life was at least 2x better before in CM13. I was without wifi yesterday and had to use mobile data. I reached 1hr10mins of sot before having to put it to charge.
