Volte for honor 4x

be sure it is logcat from official cherry and not my build please, as here we are on official.

Hi sir, recently honor 5x received volte update. On comparing honor 4x and 5x i found that there is no major hardware difference between them. Honor 4x processor i.e. snapdragon 420 supports volte, so I think the honor 5x volte update is applicable for honor 4x.
