My usb type-c earphones don't work on my moto z. Not sure if it's my earphones or the rom?
That's not the fault of @erfanoabdi.This ROM is still unstable for me. It goes unresponsive then loops between lock screen and boot animation after a restart or applying an update.
With stock ROM I have unstable performance with my USB type C headphones. My usb type-c earphones don't work on my moto z. Not sure if it's my earphones or the rom?
I´ve just tested.....YES it works. :good:Will microG work on this ROM?
I spent the past five days installing a combination of stock RETUS, RETCA, RCICA/RGRCA firmwares, latest available official AICP updates from 4/21 and higher, with and without GApps to no avail with the result being a successful first boot followed by a random reboot and only bootlooping afterwards. This ROM is still unstable for me. If you would kindly post a source link so we can follow any developments on this issue, that would be greatIt's a server problem of AICP, all devices have it at the moment and they are trying to fix it.
I would like to send you this link, but it was an "internal" information (in Telegram group) by @erfanoabdi, who is the maintainer of our AICP ROM and had contact with the AICP developers.I spent the past five days installing a combination of stock RETUS, RETCA, RCICA/RGRCA firmwares, latest available official AICP updates from 4/21 and higher, with and without GApps to no avail with the result being a successful first boot followed by a random reboot and only bootlooping afterwards.
A little excessive to say the least; however, applying this last available unofficial build - aicp_griffin_o-13.1-UNOFFICIAL-20180422.zip - has saved me much trouble for the moment until potential building issues are dealt with.
Speaking of which...

But he doesn't know more then we do about it. Sorry.
You'll want to read the posts beforehand as this issue was mentioned by a couple of us at leastSeems very unstable to me .
I did a clean flash.
Out of Nowhere phone suddenly goes to AICP logo and is locked there
I'm still using the unofficial build I mentioned in an earlier post and have not tried to see if any new builds are faulty since then.Has anyone tried this in the last day or two?
I'd like to know if they've fixed the instability yet.
Thanks for the response.I'm still using the unofficial build I mentioned in an earlier post and have not tried to see if any new builds are faulty since then.
I looked at the AICP Google+ group and saw one instance about five days ago of another possible bad build, but nothing else I saw indicated a possible resolution or if all is ok now. We'll just have to flash and test unless otherwise notified.
@erfanoabdi has built a new unofficial version of AICP yesterday, I've installed it, no problem so far.Has anyone tried this in the last day or two?

Thanks for the link, and thanks to erfanoabdi for the build. I'm using it now and so far no problems.@erfanoabdi has built a new unofficial version of AICP yesterday, I've installed it, no problem so far.

It has may security patch.
Wich may build exactly? The latest official builds are very unstable. Completely unusable. The current unofficial build is stable, but gives me personally not so good battery results. I'm now running an earlier official build from mid May without any issues. It's very stable.
Please, read the past few posts to get up to speed on this known issue. A couple of unofficial builds have been linked that should be used for the time being.I tried to update to the last nightly update by just flashing it without wiping anything (apart from cache).
When i did this my phone started boot looping so i had re-flash the weekly version.
Just use the latest unofficial build. It's on erfanoabdi's AFH page. Do a clean flash and you'll be good to goI'm running on the last weekly update for the griffin aicp.
