Wait man, I never had just a single problem with any unofficial version of AICP.
Your wording infers that you have had more than one issue?

With this ROM, I haven't had any bad results with unofficial builds. In fact, they are more reliable than server built ones so I contest nothing in that regard.

No, I haven't had more than one problem.

I just wanted to absolutely clarify that I really had no problems. :D

The more interesting fact is that there actually are official AICP 13.1 versions working on other devices, so I'm still not completely convinced that it's really a server problem.

You're right, I did notice that a while back. Perhaps a bad build environment, but without more information, we can only speculate. :good:

Has someone already tried to install official AICP with latest Magisk beta?

I read on the official Google plus side that this should help, if I understood it correctly.

I can't test it yet, would be cool if one of you could test if it solves random reboots. :)

@erfanoabdi and the AICP team made some changes that should fix reboot problem for us other not-so-lucky users.

Could someone maybe try it? :D
Dirty flash from UNOFFICIAL-20180609 + Magisk 16.6 resulted in a reboot loop once the lockscreen was reached. I'll try with more vigor later on.
As well, I could no longer reach TWRP after this. I have to reflash it via fastboot to get it back :(

Oh I'm sorry. :(

But could you maybe flash latest AICP?
This is the first version which should /could work. :D

And I guess Magisk 16.0 should also do it, if not, try 16.4 please.

Oh sorry, mixed up the build you come from and the one you flashed, my bad, sorry.

OK, thank you. :)
Worry not, I was rushing to get to work and didn't list all the details, that's my fault. I did manage to fastboot and flash TWRP then restore while biking to work, lol, so I'm ok in that respect as well. If I can't test during my lunch break then later this evening will have to do. /excited

I've heard of one user that with newest version random reboots are fixed.

Would be cool, if it also works for you. :)

Then AICP would finally be fixed. :D

Interesting. I completed an Advanced Wipe of System, Data and both caches > Installed NIGHTLY-20180712 & Magisk 16.6 > rebooted to System and received a black screen after the boot logo completed. No power menu would appear, but the device automatically rebooted to the point above. Rinse and repeat but for Magisk 16.0 too.

Without installing Magisk with this build the device booted from a clean install A-OK. I did not use it long term afterward as I immediately restored my last good backup.

Yeah, I also had this black screen, just wait about 40 seconds, then the boot animation appears again and then you come to the lock screen. ;)

I tried again as I did earlier and waited much longer as you suggested .. but the same looping occurs without end.
And TWRP keeps disappearing after the first clean flash so that I have to reflash it
