Can't flash, Error 7

Hi

Model: Honor 4x, Che2-L11, cherry, Kirin CPU, Android 6
TWRP: 3.1.1. (higher versions don't work)
Flash ROM: LineageOS 15.1., also tried 14.1

When I flash the OS in TRWP from SD-card occurs Error 7 (device?). Tried to fix it (delete the device check in the script as some yt videos show). Same result: Error 7 (this time fielsystem mounting problem?). Tried so many times. Whats wrong? Any ideas? Do I need first install an older OS?
Which OS ROM works with TWRP 3.1.1?

Kirin processor?!! (You're fortunate TWRP prevented flashing and altering script was unsuccessful as processor as well as partition tables are all different, and it would have hard bricked for sure, messing up critical partitions incl oeminfo and nvram, and you would be hard pressed to restore these. Also, after successful emmc rebuild you'd need to repair phones unique numbers contained there, ie: IMEIs, MAC-addresses for Bluetooth, MAC-addresses for Wi-Fi, PN and SN to ensure SIM operation, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc all work properly, and would need to learn to use the likes of QPST/QFIL [this is for Qualcomm, and I have no idea if any alternatives are available for Kirin devices] and other proprietary softwares to do this... You don't want to go there...)

So please read OP here (as well as elsewhere on XDA) carefully. It makes clear that this ROM is for original Huawei Honor 4x Che1 (Cherry) series phones (L01 etc) and other Huawei models with Snapdragon 410 processor (MSM8916), and NOT for Huawei Honor 4x Che2 (known alternatively sometimses as Cherry also [which causes confusion] or more correctly as CherryPlus) series phones (L11 etc) sporting HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor. @dianlujitao develops for che1 series cherry devices.

There are a number of custom ROM threads on XDA for Cherry 2 / CherryPlus devices, so suggest searching for 'Honor 4x Che2', 'Honor 4x kirin', 'Honor 4x CherryPlus' etc. Hope it helps, PW
