wipe data
flash rom
optional: flash gapps
if it doesnt boot:
prefered way: WIPES DEVICE
in bootloader mode - fastboot format data (or userdata)

If you dont know why u would need any of above, dont flash flash them. Dont flash them because some1 on xda 'recommends' it.

didnt check if there are any PIE TWRP-s out there so i made my own. its official twrp with replaced kernel:

if u dont use a compatible twrp u will get a compatibility error when trying to flash.
option-1: unzip rom. delete compativility.zip, repack zip.
option-2: use my twrp

my twrp decryption only works without PIN/PASS/PATT. so only with default password.

Make sure you use the no verity for treble devices. That could be your issue. Cause I am decrypt and it boots. WiFi won't connect but it boots.
