It's presumed that you're using OOS as the base on both slots.
The preferred method of using TWRP is strictly from the bootloader environment with the Omni team.
Magisk is not endorsed by the Omni team, however it works if needed.

I'm having trouble getting the new version to work. I followed the same steps as last time. Here is what i did, please let me know if im doing something wrong.
OOS10.3 fastboot flash
flash twrp 3.3.1 Q version
load slot b
flash OOS 10.3 again
boot into both slots
flash twrp again
wipe
flash omni
restart bootloader
install twrp again
install gapps
reboot system
this is where it gets stuck. After the restart it just continuesly goes into fastboot and does not come out of it. if i try to start it from fastboot it just hangs on the 'bootloader is unlocked' screen forever. This didnt happen when i was doing the 9.0 version.

I should also mention that im able to get the phone work normally with OOS. Its this rom thats giving me issue

Formatting data in twrp usually helps. Format data, reboot recovery and flash omni might just work.

Well, it is really an excellent rom I used. I feels smooth, good memory tweak, and battery management. The only thing is the signal is poor, while the other ROM like OOS, SyberiaOS doesn't. Thanks very much!

Other roms fool you, here you see the real signal strength. Compare the results in both, dial *#*#4636#*#* there you can see the signal strength in dBm

Still having trouble getting this rom going. Tried everything i could think of and everytime its the same thing. I flash the rom, reboot to bootloader, flash twrp, flash gapps, reboot and it gets stuck on the warning screen that says i have an unlocked bootloader. Didn't have this issue with the prev version...

EDIT: just tried installing lineage 10 unofficial using the same method and it worked flawlessley. Something is going on with this rom. I had this as my DD but now idk. Can someone tell me if the newest version still has the oneplus gestures?
