FLASHING
First Time:
update fastboot and adb ( https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools )
download twrp
fastboot boot twrp-blabla.img
flash rom zip
DO NOT FLASH ANYTHONE ELSE AT THIS POINT!
reboot to bootloader
fastboot boot twrp-blabla.img again
flash open gapps nano (ONLY GAPPS NANO ARE CURRENTLY SUPPORTED
reboot

Updating:
Use OTA inside rom for updates
do not flash updates in twrp. Gapps will not be backed up.

flashing a/b zip will change your active slot. because you have latest firmware only on one slot, u should update firmwares on both slots including vendor img.

Do we HAVE to install it thru fastboot for the first time? Twrp is so much easier to deal with lol.

wow this things is super smooth! just installed without gapps. but flashing them now great work!

WOW WIFI CALLING AND VOLTE! and no goofy notch problems! (other then the one when you scale down the phone and the status bar becomes smaller then the notch) this is awesome

So tempting. Will a restore of backup in TWRP work if you want to go back to Omni from OOS (flash Omni, make nandroid, then back to OOS, then restore Omni backup in TWRP)

Well don't get me wrong it's possible to do that on other phones but since we have to flash vbmeta a certain way to get boot it's kinda hard

I don't wanna break your excitement but as easy as it seems, its very difficult to boot treble roms on our device, make sure to follow the instruction very carefully.
