Just updated to version 20201224 and it works just great. Just as the dev mentioned, all the fixes and new features have been added and so far I haven't had any issues.

Just one question though, what is Adaptive Playback and what does it do?

latest update still wifi calling bug.

have prefer cellular set, but calls are being made over wifi anyway.

testing by making call without wifi on and its a volte call (so i know my cellular network is fine) 3 bars

turn on wifi and make a call. call works says volte, but if i turn wifi off mid call the call drops. means its using wifi for the call.

Flash the magisk zip mentioned in the original post . There is a link to the magisk zip download in the install instructions. Download that zip, install it in twrp and reboot system. You will have root.

edge lighting now works on all notifications, just hope that next update fingerprint icon will be offed during edge lighting

also the OTA update works perfectly even with PIN, i love it.... previously without OTA need to remove PIN for twrp and needs to setup fingerprint all over again

I take the liberty to try to answer your questions.
1) periodically wiping dalvik and cache is absolutely fine. Nothing wrong with doing it after dirty flashing an update. And if you are using inbuilt OTA (without magisk 21+) then you won't even need to worry about that either. Some data from old or uninstalled apps might remain in the cache, so wiping it from time to time isn't a problem. Boot will take a little longer, but that's it.
2) the inbuilt twrp is the latest one releases by mauronofrio (which fixed decryption issues)
So if you are not already on the latest twrp, you could flash it, make a nandroid backup and then update to the latest Pixen.

version 3+ got ui (photo, video, portrait, settings etc..) but camera does not show anything, black

so, if u guys using oneplus camera, what version apk u guys using? or any gcam with a working video that supports 4k 60fps recording? the built-in gcam in pixen crashes while recording video.

After the OTA, you are rootless, coz twrp is being installed. So you either use magisk manager to flash or you boot to twrp, in order to flash magisk.

Great build for A11 users. Only problem is oos cam as in all AOSP roms.
