I see, so the steps here are incorrect?
1. MSM tool your device to stock.
2. OTA 11.2.10.10 within settings.
3. Download 11.2.10.10 signed.
4. Flash 11.2.10.10 again.
5. Unlock bootloader.

Cause I've tried the steps above and the results are still the same. -> Widevine at L3
1. MSM tool your device to stock.
2. OTA 11.2.10.10 in the settings.
3. Unlock the bootloader.
4. Download 11.2.10.10 signed.
5. Flash 11.2.10.10 zip local.
Then just proceed with the installation of Nameless.

Yeah unfortunately doesn't work for me. Once the bootloader is unlocked, Widevine is L3.
Even after I proceed with the install, widevine is still L3.

Probably doesn't work with mine.

You shouldn't have any problems with this proccess. I'm not sure where the issue occurs. Every variants, except for TMobile L2127, are on L1 after AOSP is sideloaded. If you want, send me a telegram I will join your chat. I'll walk you through it.

Has anyone noticed slightly choppy animations on this ROM, it looks like the animations are running at 60fps despite having 120hz enabled. Other than this small issue I'm loving this ROM so far.

I think I mentioned it before but this is still a very nice OS to daily drive. I'm on the latest update and the one before, I side loaded it dirty. I didn't do a full reset and so far it's been fine. The OTA update has also worked fine, my battery life has seen a small improvement.

I do have the sort of laggy scrolling through apps, some apps hang when opening, but my phone hasn't crashed once since which is good.

One minor bug I've had since switching to nameless is the keyboard popping up when I'm at the home screen. If I'm in the browser or something, then go to the home screen, sometimes the keyboard pops up. It doesn't really cause any issues, I just have to close it.

One more minor bug, sometimes when the phone is locked and sleeping the Google assistant will come up without provocation. There won't be any noises going on and it'll pop up like I said "hey Google". It's a little weird and maybe I'm just being haunted.

Thanks for all the work!

Thanks bro but I'm gonna pass at the moment since its kinda annoying to do backup and restore on a non rooted phone.
Since I'm not gonna be watching on any streaming service, I guess its fine for now.

Maybe next time I'll try and install colorOS and start from there if it doesn't work with OOS.

    - Initial Android 14 release and based on OOS 13.1.0.593(EX01)
    - OOS 13.1.0.593(EX01) firmware included so no need to flash firmware manually.
    - Clean flash required. Don't OTA or dirty flash from A13 build!

Below features were supposed to be added in initial release, but missed due to lack time development recently, will be gradually added in future:
    - Pop Up View (Half ported)
    - Game mode (A simple implementation without UI has been added)

Fun fact: we are using a OnePlus 11 camera in a OnePlus 9 Pro device

Would I be able to do a flash from another A14 build (edit: currently using crDroid) or would I have to MSM and start over from zero?
no need of msm here 😅

download newly updated files from images folder of 09-03-2024 (ie - vendor_boot.img,boot.img,dtbo.img)

    go to Bootloader

    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
    fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img

then reboot to recovery then Factory reset/wipe data
    then sideload this rom....

I Updated to C.48, so what do I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'll walk you through it, the instructions have been so confusing for me but I finally got it working

    -Unlock your bootloader
-When you reboot, skip through setup, enable developer options again and re-enable USB debugging
-Boot into fastboot/bootloader (adb reboot bootloader)

From here, you need to download 5 files
    • dtbo.img
    • vendor_boot.img
    • boot.img
    • latest version of nameless rom
    • copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip
dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img are found HERE
boot.img and nameless rom are found on the download link in the main post, HERE if you're lazy
    copy partitions zip is found
    HERE

-In fastboot, type these in order
    fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
    fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
    fastboot flash boot boot.img

Obviously, if the img files aren't in the root adb.exe folder, then you put the path to the file
    E.g - fastboot flash dtbo C:\Users\lol\Desktop\dtbo.img

At this point you've flashed the nameless recovery, and you're still in fastboot. Now you need to boot into the recovery.

-Press the volume down button twice so it says "recovery mode" at the top, then press the power button. You're now booting into the recovery.
-In the recovery, select "Apply Update", then "Apply from ADB"
-On your PC, type in 'adb sideload copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip' (Or whatever you've named the copy-partitions zip)

This is a script that will copy everything from the current slot into the inactive slot. You NEED to do this if you haven't flashed your OOS update twice. Might as well do it anyway just in case.

-After it's done, click the back button on the top left and get back to the main screen
-Click advanced, then reboot to recovery
-Once it reboots into recovery again, click factory reset and follow the instructions
-When you've factory reset, go back to the main screen again, and go to "Apply Update", then "Apply from ADB" again like you did before
-Type 'adb sideload nameless.zip' (nameless.zip being the rom, type whatever you've called it, and yes you can rename the zip files for ease)
    -Reboot
    -Enjoy

    NOTE:
If you use windows powershell, you might get a 'cannot read' error when flashing the rom
    Try using command prompt instead

When you flash, it might appear as if it's frozen (it was stuck at 47% for me), don't touch it, just leave it and it will install just fine.

If no devices are showing up in fastboot, use this tutorial HERE
