Don't know what are you talking about, if you can't have call recording, if yes, then there will be an announcement.
If you want to have the dialer with call recording and you are rooted Octavi dialer is there.

Is there a possibility to use the 'old OP8T home buttons ( square circle triangle) instead of the gesture Pixel one? There are sooo many options in this ROM (which is great) and i cant seem to find it anywhere quick?

I was encountering an extremely strange bug. My phone locked to the lock screen, and then kept flashing it - screen off, lockscreen, screen off, lockscreen. Except on the lockscreen, the clock was missing. All it showed was a lock button where the fingerprint sensor is, and a solid white back button on the bottom left. I couldn't unlock or press anything. I was able to take a screenshot while it was happening.

I plugged my phone in to my computer (USB debugging enabled) and it started again. But then after a while it stopped. Just switched to nameless launcher from pixel launcher hoping it will resolve the issue.

anyone else run into this? any fix? I'm on the latest OTA patch. OP8T

UPDATE: happening on nameless launcher too. Anyway to fix without factory resetting would be great.

This issue is once again happening to me. really frustrating, might just switch to another ROM at this point, as I've had to reset twice now. Is the dev aware of this issue? Is it happening to anyone else?

I'm not sure if this is the reason but both times it happened to me I was on a discord call.

I installed this image two days ago. Since I was already on OOS11 before (Feb.), I installed the image directly with ADB Sideload. Then factory reset and rooted. The image runs wonderfully, no errors, no draining. It's perfect!

3 very minor gripes:

1. The VoWifi and VoLTE icons don't appear very often and don't stay around on the notification bar. WiFi calling is still active, but no icon. I've set it to show, but it still doesn't. Weird.

2. I wish the "clear all" button could be configured to show under the window list instead of having to scroll all the way to the left to find it in the recents interface.

3. I wish the "dark mode" could be set to be fully black for AMOLED displays. It's nice, but not black enough.

Otherwise, this is great! Super easy to get up and running. This'll be my daily driver for a long time.

Reboot the phone to vo/LTE - icon shows
Turn on WiFi calling, turn on WiFi
Icons show up and switch between vo/LTE and WiFi calling

Does seem a bug with this room - but WiFi calling works and is stable.

It's weird and intermittent and will usually "settle down" on its own. Even stranger, sometimes the wrong icon will appear, ie: I'll get VoLTE when I'm on WiFi calling and (tho not nearly as often) vice-versa. I suspect it's something do to with processing the update events directed at the status bar. It's just a cosmetic / low priority thing, tho, because you're right - VoWiFi and VoLTE both work as they should. Not enough to make me want to go back to stock and lose root, for sure!

I posted my nightmare trying to upgrade OOS earlier in the thread. Looks like OnePlus has gotten on the whole "lock it down" bandwagon, sadly.
