Thanks for responding! I wound up dirty flashing it and it works great. Solved the camera always running issue and facelock works now. I totally love this ROM.
was just coming to say I'm having the same problem (although my current fix has been to change the USB connection to no connection then back to android auto. seems to fix for now
)

After installation my phone's touch is not working I'm unable to setup my phone?why is this happening?
Reflash. Happened to me with a dirty flash. Had to dirty flash twice. You'll need to power + volume up to power off and enter recovery.
I think I ended up flashing on both. I know the final flash was on b though
Can anyone confirm or deny. I just came from Lineage 20 and video calling through Google meet wasn't working. I could hear their audio and see their video but when I tried to touch video to enable on my end it kept crashing. Just curious if it works here ?Please and ty beforehand.
Is the Rom and Recovery Signed? I would like to relock my bootloader to maintain safety net and I don't need or want to use magisk.
I'm pretty sure if you lock your bl after flashing that. It will brick you . Completely dead no fix. I dunno someone else have to chime in.

I flash Lineage 20 from f-17 & f-18 without issues. I'm pretty sure everything custom for op9 has embedded firmware. Meaning you can flash from any version of Android. Dtbo,vendor boot, recovery as boot then sideload build.

1My OOS CAM locks up since the recent update, I assume that was known about as ASOP cam was auto installed with said update (or it was there, and I somehow never knew, not important)
Either way, I just decided to install a GCam app someone customized for OP9 a year ago or so that I had archived, and it works wonderfully. I have attached the apk to this comment.
There may be a newer, better version out but this one does everything I've tested and, again, it was configured for OP9, so I'm not certain downloading a new version would keep the modifications. I'm thinking it would, but I am working from the "If it isn't broken don't fix it" ideology re: everything for my daily driver phone, these days.
PS(Google Call Screen): not only was OOS Cam buggy with the latest update, My call screening availability broke. I was able to get it working again With pixelify maisk mod. (also attached) pixelify stopped working well over a yer ago, for me (and i believe no longer maintained) but hey, It works. (As long as you have Play integrity fix installed and functional.
PPS(Better Magisk Mod Manager): Speaking of magisk mods, There is finally an open source variant to allow you the privilege of avoiding/replacing the anti-consumer/greed obsessed variant that audacity shills out.
I made a post about it in the magisk section a few days ago and suggest you use it
PPPS: If OOS CAM was having issues and that's why the open source version was kept in the ROM, I'm curious why GCam was not considered as a backup/replacement for this ROM dedicated to replicating the Pixels usage.
I'm not a maintainer, not qualified to speak for one, so I'm sure I'm missing something. The maintainer of this ROM is more than welcome to just grab and include this one, in the future.
I still enjoy this ROM, but only came to it for call screening. If that's functional only due in part by pixilfy mod again, Ill probably do some hopping around again (as it's fun) Doesn't help how that last update brought issues, especially ones known, but was still sent out OTA with no warning info added. ( ye, I'm still salty about that, lol)
Either way, I still appreciate all the work put into this ROM and I hope this post helps anyone who found themselves in any similar situation. -

FLASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Before flashing any rom, make a backup of your data! 
Pre-requisites :
- Brain and ability to READ !
- Update your device to OOS 13
- OOS 13.1 - 13.1.0.500(EX01) firmware is required --> Download
- Gapps included so no need to flash/sideload GApps
NOTE:
It is recommended to flash the firmware before following the rom installation guide
in order to flash the firmware, you need to install a recovery, which can be the blki one or the TWRP / Ofox (I recommend one of these on XDA)
Clean Flash (If comming from OxygenOS or from anyother ROM):
1. Download and Extract flash_utility package zip from "A13.0 Flash-utility" --> Download
2. Reboot to bootloader & connect your phone to PC
3. Double click on flash.bat
4. Reboot to recovery & Factory reset > Format data/factory reset
5. Back to recovery home page & tap > Apply update > Apply from ADB
6. Now sideload rom using command adb sideload PixelExtended-lemonade/p-xxxxxxxxxxx.zip (lemonade for op9 or lemonadep for op9p)
7. Reboot system. Profit.
Dirty Flash :
1. Reboot phone to recovery.
2. ADB sideload PixelExtended-lemonade/p-xxxxxxxxxxx.zip (lemonade for op9 or lemonadep for op9p)
3. Reboot system. Profit.
Rooting:
1. Download Magisk.zip
2. Reboot phone to recovery.
3. adb sideload Magisk_xxx.zip
4. Reboot system. Profit!
