Hi, Per the title, if I try to Pair a new device I just get a blue spinning circle and my bluetooth earphones remain undetected. Anyone know a fix?

Not sure about your situation. I have 6 devices paired without an issue.

Charging issue

Hi everyone, am I the only one, who has a charging problem? If I use the original brick and cable with fast (Dash) charge, everything is OK, but if I use an universal brick or cable (Baseus, Xiaomi, Huawei) in any combination, my charging is starting-stopping. The battery icon still has the charging flash icon inside, but the orange charging LED turns off, and the charging current drops from ~1200mA to ~100-300mA, for a few seconds, and starts charging again, and this cycle repeats, and it's random, sometimes 2min charge-5seconds no charge, sometimes 10second charge-1min no charge. It happens even if I use the original brick+cable, but with an ampere meter between. Unfortunately the ROM is unusable like this, because I use magnetic cables around my house for every electronics, so I'm very disappointed, but should move to another ROM (OOS 9.0.11, the last usable stable firmware) :/

Same trouble for me. Before I could charge my phone with my powerbank but now it's just stay at the t same level of charge....

Resurrection Remix 8.6.4 update

November update is here! Big security fixes and a small features set update. OTA Has been pushed but please clean flash as existing launcher has been replaced and this can cause issues. Have a great week ahead! Cheers

Isn't that a charger issue? Like buy a sane charger man. Stop blaming roms for issues like lol

Hey there,
I just flashed my phone with the current RR firmware but I noticed some issues. First I can't record videos with 1080p60fps anymore. Tried several camera apps but none of them provide 60fps. Also tried to install stock oneplus camera but this doesn't work properly and keeps crashing.
2nd problem is that I can't turn of the 2nd sim card slot. The slider just doesn't work.
Does anyone experience the same problems?

Turning off sim card doesn't work on any rom except oos. Also 1080p 60fps doesn't work on 5t cuz of some oneplus ****ups. It works on 5 tho. So it's not my fault.

I've tried a charging station, 3 bricks, 3 cables, in every combination, and same, if the device is charging from a power bank (tried 4 powerbanks with the 3 cable, and the original OP 1m and 2m long cable also. So, it's not a charger problem or user error... And if you read the comment right above/before you, I'm not the only one.
BTW on another 10 rom (AICP) worked flawlessly, and now on OOS 9.0.11 also works fine.
I hope this update will fix it.
I started custom rom flashing when CM7-CM9 was the newest (2.3.7-4.0). So stop blaming me 'lol'. Instead, try the problem for yourself, it's easy to replicate, the bug is there after a clean install

Well i use my laptop usb to charge my phone and it takes 2 hours to charge. On dash charger it takes 50 mins. Also all cables don't support fast charging and also all bricks don't support the same. So yeah there is something on your side which is screwing the charging. Check settings and see if you have enabled smart charging or any other random setting which might be causing these issues. None of my testers have this issue. So it literally is a "user" inflicted issue. Cheers

Flashed OTA and so far all is good for me.

If you try just make sure you have backups and current ROM to dirty flash that if anything goes wrong.

My trebuchet was crashing on startup, but was able to get to play store and install pixel launcher, will use that until the fix is out.

I clean flashed latest build and everything works fine on cheeseburger. How do you flash? I wipe cache system data and flash rom then gapps.

Should've read the notes part of that quote

Depending on what launcher you were using when you installed the OTA you'll face that issue.

You need to clean flash 8.6.4 or dirty flash back to 8.6.3.

I was using Nova launcher which updated okay.

I didn't use any other launcher other than what was pre-installed so this should not have happened anyway better back to 8.6.3
