Where is this download folder" Download boot.img, dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img from download folder."
It doesn't matter since the ROM includes the firmware package now. Now, I'm not sure how will that work with T Mobile users, but it should be fine if you're converted to global.
Is anyone able to charge their phone with the phone powered off? Do you get a charging animation?
So I should use MSM to convert to EU first? If so should I be on A11 or upgrade to A12 before flashing this ROM?
Stick to the T-Mobile firmware don't flash to EU nor Global. If you do that the data won't connect. I tested it going from Global and had to MSM back to stock T-Mobile firmware.
Update it to C.19, unlock bootloader, enable adb debugging then flash dtbo and vendor_boot through fastboot then flash the lineage recovery, flash the copy-partitions.zip through recovery, wipe data and then flash Pixel Rom. You will have 5G at boot with no issues!

It's fine over here. Not sure why it's running hot for you? Maybe an app is keeping the phone awake and running?
Thanks. Just to be clear. Sorry! This is my first time doing it for one plus 9 pro!
1. Unlock Bootloader
2. Reboot to Bootload
3. Run the below commands
- fastboot flash boot boot.img
- fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
- fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
4. Reboot to recovery by selecting in the phone.
5. Format data
6. “Apply Update” and select “Apply from ADB” ? (Confirm me on this one)
7. adb sideload PixelExtended_lemonadep-xxxxxxxxxxx.zip
8. Reboot after completion.

You can enable lift to show AOD in OnePlus settings.
I updated from 5.4 to 5.5 via OTA, prior to that I had to use ADB, but I think it should work from now on.1It's not from the app. This issue is still under review. Luk (LOS Dev.) is working on it. I'm on Crdroid and here I don't have this problem. @El Brillantinas -

FLASH INSTRUCTIONS:
Before flashing any rom, make a backup of your data! 
Pre-requisites : Brain and ability to READ !
NOTE:

Clean Flash:
1. Download boot.img, dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img from "A13.0 Flash-utility" folder in SourceForge.
2. Reboot phone to bootloader.
3. fastboot flash boot boot.img
4. fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
5. fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
6. Reboot phone to recovery and FORMAT DATA.
7. ADB sideload PixelExtended_lemonadep-xxxxxxxxxxx.zip
8. Reboot system. Profit.
Dirty Flash :
1. Reboot phone to recovery.
2. ADB sideload PixelExtended_lemonadep-xxxxxxxxxxx.zip
3. Reboot system. Profit.
Rooting:
1. Download Magisk.zip
2. Reboot phone to recovery.
3. adb sideload Magisk_xxx.zip

Or you could just flash the ROM and help the developers with your feedback. People have different usage patterns and battery life is subjective to each person. I thought this was already obvious to people, but it seems I was wrong.5Hey Everyone, new update is out
