That may sound strange but when I flashed latest build and boot that up , it doesn't boot at all and my internal storage is also wiped completly

Is there any way to do quick reply with stock messaging app without it closing the game I'm in?
I guess bootanimation.zip is in /system/product/media
is it possible to replace it?

From twrp go advanced file manager copy/paste replace or rename first.
in twrp
I only can see a folder "bin" inside system
and its empty
I cant see system/product
Make sure you have mounted system in twrp (see ss) after you can go to twrp file manager. The path for bootanimation.zip is /system/media (see ss).
P.d. Make backup of your current bootanimation.zip.

I am having a Really major issue,
I clean flashed it and used Migrate for backup When I start the Rom after backup and click on some apps like amazon, Youtube.. It just shows a black screen and Reboots itself immediately! I was having this issue in both earlier builds and not only in Q but same issue in Pie too! I Installed the rom Yesterday and in some apps, there was this issue and today morning after I just unlock the rom It reboots itself again!! And Also Substratum Force close, Not Opening at all!
I was having another issue that in Q builds Recents was not working but I got the Solution that Pico and Nano gapps are not working Properly, So in MIcro Gapps this issue is solved.

Proximity sensor is turning on randomly while talking over the phone. It seems to be a bug. Can you please look into it?

You can try to delete persist.vendor.radio.jbims=1 line from build.prop file..coz this helped me to get volte for jio!
Actually without proper root with the editor for build.prop you cant do that...coz build prop editor app didn't remove the line for me even after reboot and proper root permissions.
You can search for that line in the build prop again and check

Try copying the build.prop file to storage and edit, then overwrite the system file for edited one.
