Can't find the Secure Startup Option in this Rom

My previous ROM was los 15.1 official.
Then I flashed this ROM.
After that I messed up with RR config..
So, I formatted with twrp recovery ( not wipe) ( type yes to format)
After that I can't find secure startup.
My data is decrypted
Previously Encrypted!!..
So,
I reflashed the rom..
But same issue..
Plz help!!..
