These are the latest Official Samsung ROMs from fus.samsungmobile.com

To decrypt them, use the decoder tool attached to this post and the decrypt code below.
(usage, unzip Decoder.zip into a folder with the .enc file, goto DOS prompt, run as DecoderTest.exe yourfilehere.zip.enc 1234567)

Also attached are both Odin 1.31 and 1.70 needed for flashing ROMs
