I just debloated and debranded the stock ICS B.1.100 , and i added power menu, and toggles, some camera mod's.. clean, simple, working(for my needs).
I'm using my phone for talking.. because its a phone , little surfing, and taking some pictures and videos, i dont play games, dont tweet, and dont use FB.
And i have tried "some" of the init.d, build.prop, and some other hw-gpu tweaks... and.. im better clean of tweaks, there are many recommendations for limiting the "developer options / background process limit" to 1-3 processes, but the "standard limit" is best for me.
So... clean clean stock FOR ME and for the way i use the phone.
You have to adjust to your phone capabilities, you cant just throw everything at it and expect it to work flawless, you can make xperia z1 choke too.. if you want.

I understood. You can share links to customizations? I usually use whatsapp. is this a problem? and what did you use to go long the battery? I'm asking a lot of questions. I am sad.. but ... I need experience.

I use this firmware debloated by myself. Install auto memory manager from play store and set it to aggressive. Lag should be gone.

No you cant. cuz this ZIP doesnt include kernel, you need stock based kernel for this ROM to work

and if I flash a stock kernel and than flash the zip? it is good? or I can encounter any kind of bug?

You can flash the stock kernel with cwm, then install the rom, or just install my debranded.zip , it has the stock kernel included.

Install kernel (Sliding_XU), flash ROM and then make a full wipe. Done

Hi, I am new in this thread. My Xperia u still in Stock GB, v2.3.7; kernel v2.6.35.7+ ; Build no 6.0.B.3.188 . Now I would like to switch official stock ice. Among the other available version, I found this is the latest one, if I am not wrong.
As I am new, can anyone help me to flash this? I need root, latest cwm recovery (custom) for in future Rom flash . Also want to know about how to unlock boot loader after flashing this build. Thanks in advance.

ERROR - ERR_SEVERITY="MAJOR";ERR_CODE="0009";ERR_DYNAMIC="Block verification failed"
This is not the case with .54 firmware.
Any help will be appreciated.
