Sorry for being unprecise.
I do find the option "always show time and info"
But this turns on the AOD 100% of the time (such as the AOD would imply)...

However, in SuperiorOS 11 there was an option within AOD, to only turn on AOD after new messages, missed calls etc. (basically replacing a notification LED)
Is this function abandoned?

Hi, thanks for the update. I'm currently on stock A13 (beta 2). Do i need to flash stock 12l before flashing this MAY update or can i directly flash your boot+rom?

Can the May update be dirty flashed over the April update?
I downloaded the latest version of the ROM from SourceForge, and when I went to sideload the .zip from adb, I got the following error:
Error applying update: 5 (ErrorCode::kPostinstallRunnerError) E:Error in /sideload/package.zip (status 1)

Did I do something wrong?

I've updated via sideload without any issues.

I got the same error also. I was in A13 beta2, downgraded to stock A12.1 (may update), then flashed boot img (provided above) from fastboot, rebooted to recovery, side loaded MAY update rom but stuck in this error.😒

(PS : currently in A10)

I havent built for this phone, and my last builds were for A8 for a Samsung S4. Is there any location of the boild instruction for this ROM for the Pixel 4a? for my previous builds, the big "trick"between success or failure was the local manifest having the Device, Vendor and Kernals for the device (and any ancillary components/drivers) and also the build scripts (to a lesser extent). Anywhere where these could be found? or a copy of your local manifest? Or is it automatically built as part of the build process as this is an official ROM? I previously only built unofficial ROMs so had to manually create the local manifests.

Maybe this ROM can live on with an unofficial build.

I would love to see SuperiorOS live on as well. I have tried a few other ROMs (not like there's a huge selection anymore, unfortunately), but SuperiorOS felt like the most polished and useful to me.

Yes, this ROM is my favorite of the available for pixel 4a. I just switched to pixelexperience because I want security updates and such. The background music recognition works much better on pixelexperience for some reason. IMS registration still fails while roaming though. :( And while I was at it, I flashed the stock ROM just for fun, it wouldn't do IMS either!! I'm going to test to see if it can even register on national Telcel towers in Mexico next week.

Hi all, just switched from the A11 version to this. All working, but I really have slow charging on all my chargers which worked fine before.. 1500-2000mA in the past and after the update 300-600mA. Any clue how to fix this?

    So I wrecked my Pixel 6 within a week of purchase. Then I was without a phone for a while. Now I'm back to my Pixel 4a. You can expect an update but no ETA :p

    Reboot to bootloader
