Is that possible to flash it on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 LTE (2016) (gts28velte) T719 ?
It has the same bootloader and partition table? The same SoCs?

I saw on code pushes:
arch/arm64: configs: Add gts210velte & gts28velte defconfigs
2017-06-18 21:07 UTC (android_kernel_samsung_msm8976)

+1
I have same wish. But no, it gets error on install. I am sure someone can adapt it for t719 and use without gsm functions of course
Sent from my SM-G935F using XDA-Developers Legacy app

There's no way you can get T713 builds to boot on T719 unless you rebuild the kernel with proper defconfig ( if you don't believe me, try gts28vewifi TWRP builds lol ).
Also there was one person going to work on it or at least he said so on my IRC channel but he's nowhere to be found now so I have no clue if he's still doing something.

I don't know if this is rom related or my device but I can't make the compass to work as it should,
compass is not calibrated an every time I trying to calibrate it with app it is ok until i put the device to sleep, after I wake it up the compass showing wrong directions again
Can anyone confirm there is no such a problem ?
I just get a new T713 and never tried any other rom on it

@LuK1337 it is obvious that twrp rejecting install becouse it is for t713 on t719. Is possible to temporary install t713 twrp here on t719?
Or to modify installer to say it is t719 not t713?
sorry if questions too dummy

Working Well

Once you get the firmware up to Nougat and get the right TWRP, the ROM loads well. I find it very responsive and with the display on auto, the battery life is pretty good. I have Lineage on several devices and find all of them work well.

Okay I ran into an issue trying to update to the new nightly build using the updater in Lineage got stuck in a boot loop. No problem though I took my tablet back to stock then re-flashed the latest build through TWRP and all is well again! Now I can get back to testing and seeing how everything works! :D

Hello !
I'm receiving my T-713 tomorrow, and I'm thrilled to see that this build exists. Thanks for your hard work :)
I've read a few pages of this thread so far, but I'm running late to work and can't read all of it.
Is there a list of known bugs ad issues ? I can't find one in OP ?

edit: like fingerprints sensor for example ? :p

It's a daily for me, only issue I have is rebooting into recovery from the OS causes you to have to reflash twrp and will also make automatic updates hang so I boot into recovery manually and flash manually for updates.

I also disabled the advanced boot menu (which is off by default) because I have forgotten and rebooted into recovery.

Thanks for your answer.

So you mean that if you want to access recovery, you switch off the tablet and boot to recovery normally ?
