I would try to flash a stock firmware with Odin.

if this fails, try the repair option in Samsung Kies.

Yes, that is the easiest solution. But my t813 is not detected by my PC. That is why I'm stuck on this screen.

If neither Odin nor Kies can detect it and all drivers and stuff are properly installed, then I guess the only option is RMA.

You could always try Heimdall on Linux.
(hint: you'd have to build it from source)

lineage-15.0 branch being not ready to ship lol. Features and other platform changes are still being ported over.
