You can't. There are indeed some debloater apps which enable you to remove various system apps, including stock dialer and contact. But it will make your ROM unstable. Even if you use stock variant of gaaps, the original dialer will stay in the ROM, only that it will no longer be the default (replaced during flash by google's dialer).

BHIM app has stopped working on my phone . I have tried to reinstall, updated to newest version but still force closing as soon as it is opened. Is anyone else having the same problem??
