Concerning Netflix, I've noticed that if you start at the very beginning it's really choppy as you've said, but if I skip ahead to about a minute and a half in, it starts playing fine from then on.
This corresponds to what I'm seeing here. The issue seems to be limited to when the netflix app plays super-low-res content (as it does initially for newly startet streams). On my HP Touchpad (running CM11) there exists a similar issue - only there the playback is not choppy/slow but the video is heavily distorted :) .

Another build is up on my Google Drive. Have fun.

EDIT: After some testing, I found I could not open Settings. It seems related to this merge based on my logcat:

W/ActivityManager( 533): Force finishing activity com.android.settings/.Settings
I'm going to revert for now, personally. If anyone wants to try it out, see if you can open Settings. If not, maybe you can discern a workaround for the issue.

I just tried 3/19 again and it boots to the point i enter a password for decryption then it jumps past that screen without letting me enter my code from there it gets stuck in a boot loop

I am currently on 3/13 and flashed back to 3/13 without an issue

Charging?

When I plug my N9 into the OEM charger, it indicates it is charging but the percentage continues to go down like normal

Never mind, it just decided to start charging

I was trying to install nightly 3/19 as a fresh install, but the setup manager kept crashing at the cyanogenmod login part. When 3/20 was released, I flashed that instead and was able to complete the setup, but in 3/20 the settings app would crash whenever I opened it. I reverted to 3/18 for now, but the settings menu crash must be a new bug, I guess?

Check out my post above (#301). The LTE build is experiencing the same bug.

I'm on nightly 3/21, which I installed clean yesterday. I want to update to 3/22, but the update will not work automatically in TWRP. (TWRP cannot mount e:, which is a problem I encountered several times while trying to install CM, and ended in me having to reflash to stock several times before it would work again.... Anyways, that's a separate issue.) I selected the option in Dev options to automatically update CM recovery, but this option does not seem to be working. After having selected that option, then downloading the update and selecting update, the tablet still reboots into TWRP and does nothing.

Which brings me to my question. Can I get the CM recovery img from somewhere and flash it myself in order to get the updates to work? I haven't been able to find it, and TWRP has just been a pain in the neck anyways.

Separate issue with this build: I set both lock screen shortcuts to none, but on the lock screen, the one the left is still there, even though I obviously have no phone app on the tablet so the shortcut does nothing. I can change the shortcut to other apps, but I can't get rid of it. Not sure where else to report that...

In nightly 3/22, as soon as it boots I get repeated error messages that says Google play service has stopped and YouTube has stopped. They just reappear as soon as I press ok. Made the Rom unusable. I reverted to a backup of 3/21 for now. Is this an issue with the Rom, or my gapps? Anyone else see this happen? I'll try 3/23 and see what happens...

I get this error every time I update....
It can fixed by falshing the gapps after flashing the rom.

I hope it will be fixed later because it's a bit annoying... :(

So you just keep a gapps zip on your tablet and flash it for every update? That does sound like a pain. They would all revert to old versions, then, and have to update in the play store. Does everyone have to do this for every nightly update? Hopefully that gets fixed.

I also flash gapps with every new build. It's not a big problem for me, as it's only two clicks more^^.

Do you need to update them all afterward? Seems to me like flashing gapps would revert them all to the versions in the zip, which is from December or something. But maybe I'm wrong.

No, because the updated versions will get placed to /data. So the apps in /system will stay always the ones you flashed anytime in the past. Only thing what you can do is updating the used gapps zip sometimes to save space on /data

Is this your first time flashing custom roms... It's pretty common knowledge to flash gapps after every ROM update.
