Yes they were clean flashes. But every time I am flashing a custom Rom,i get screen flickering problem. Once I am back at stock, there is no sign of flickering.


If you can help me with a custom kernel for ZenFone selfie then I can try it. Or you suggest me accordingly

So, first off I love the ROM so far. Pretty smooth, love the customizations, and it's nice having nougat on my ZOOTD. I seem to be having storage issues though. Whenever I am pasting files from my phone to otg USB, if the screen times out, it causes it to reboot and files are lost. I set it to 30 min time out and this seems to help :) also whenever I download something or move something from internal to micro SD the files get corrupted (wrong or 0 file size) or get lost somehow and I'm not sure where they are going, (not in the LOST.DIR). It's a conundrum haha.

Does anybody have any idea why I might be having these issues? The USB problem I can live with but the file corruption or random loss is frustrating a little. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Again, thanks for the great work on this ROM OP!

Your reboot issue is related with source which is present in every ROM as we all use same source. About file corruption, use a decent file manager as it happened with me a few times when I used EX file manager Pro (they fixed it in latest update though).

Thank you for the reply. I normally use ES file explorer pro and it has always been reliable but, recently switched to solid xplorer when this started. Both of which don't seem to fix the issue. I will try EX file manager and report back my results. Thanks for the advice Thelmpulson!

Using MiXplorer also works...
