yes there is a bug ... my friend wasn't able to transfer sim card contacts ..

i use to keep a .vcf file backup of contacts on my sd card and thats works without any issue.

for how much time your r waiting ...
i mean how long it gets stuck ?

normal nougat takes lot more time then other roms in the first boot ... u have to be patient

It's been more than 15 minutes...the same problem occured when I tried to flash cm14.1.. at last I flashed the stock ROM with lollipop version...and now again tried to flash this ROM (RR)...result is the same

try wiping everything leaving sd card ...
i.e formatting system cache internal storage etc

which gaaps r u using ?

try only flashing the rom package and see whether the rom boots up or not ... if it boots up then probable u r using the wrong gaaps package

i am using the pico gaaps x64 for android 7.1

and i am not restoring any sort of data totally clean install
