Thanks for the response Clfbbn. That helps me from trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong. Love the ROM! Smooth and stable!

Not sure if this helps, but notification light works every time after the phone was plugged in. For example, if the phone is plugged in, a text comes in, and the phone is unplugged, the notification light switches to the correct color of the text app. This is the same with Snapchat, where the light turns yellow appropriately if the notification appeared when plugged in. The light persists in the correct color when the phone is unplugged. Hopefully that helps potentially remedy the problem. Everything else works flawlessly and this seems to be the only thing missing. Thank you so much!

Stock ROM also has this, and I am able to reproduce it in other devices like OnePlus 8t. So I guess it is intended that the pictures of the front camera is left-right inverted

you can use one of the apps that stop the recharging at the % you like, but the charging is so slow I find it inconvenient.

LOVE this ROM. Coupled with the phone, its a dream phone and a dream ROM. Thanks a ton for your work on this Dev. Now the only other issue I've noticed is sometimes after calls the speaker on the phone switches to only earpiece and won't go back to full speakers until phone restart. This results in very low volume levels until phone restart. Other than that, everything is working AMAZING. I LOVE the notification light! Wow, thanks again! Dream phone and dream ROM!

No google play services, no issues whatsoever, pure/clean and fast. Unless you prefer stock bloatware and no privacy, otherwise this unit works for all carriers in the USA. I'm using it with verizon. Beyond that your question would be more "what are the benefits of using a custom ROM." It works flawlessly on this phone.
