That's a Hybrid, not a pure CM9. Sort of a PAC rom I'd say. So that discussion does not fit properly into a CM9 thread.
Yeah I realized when I was writing a reply to your original reply.

Don't know why I didn't think to remember the fact that this is a base CM9 release thread, and not a custom rom. lol. Sorry about that. xD

In any case, I have been using this ICS rom for almost a week now, and I have to say I am impressed with how this rom is standing up. There are really no bugs except understandable mistakes or things that are specific to this phone. Example: The volume level resets every time the screen is off with no music playing, and for a while the screen lock wasn't staying enabled after I enabled it (it would reset after screen was off for a while, but now it's fine). Also, the audio volume bar seems to be setup wrong. The default volume level is 50% for me (what it keeps resetting to), but no audio whatsoever comes out of the headphone jack, until I increase the volume a few times. Then the volume starts to come in, but increasing it all the way seems to reach 100% hardware volume, so it's blaring loud and grungy. (I have a nice car audio system and some nice cans for listening)

I will say that the audio, when at a good volume level, actually sounds very clear compared to GingerBread roms, it seems. Don't know why. I always use Lossless FLACs with the PowerAMP audio player.

Edit: Figured out some reasons behind those issues I had.

Volume level resetting: I forgot about a Tasker profile I created that set my volume to 24 whenever I got home.. Just realized that the volume notch/tick count is different for different android versions or different roms.... lol. Fixed. My fault. However the volume is still weirdly-ratio'd from 0 to max.

Also, just to give you guys a bonus tidbit of info: The Atrix 4G has a dedicated audio chip in it. =3 It's a medium-low end Wolfson chip. Hard to find the info for it, but I wanted to know what made PowerAMP with FLAC sound so good compared to an iPhone with ALAC. (both with equalizer off)

Edit: Wow, nobody's posted in 2-3 days? Sorry for double post.. lol. This is not at all related to my last post though...

Does this rom have the fuse.ko module built with it? I'm having issues running the SSHFSAndroid app from Play Store. It fails to verify its licensing service. It worked fine in GB just 2 months ago (hasn't updated since January this year), and it has been reported working on other phones on 4.0 and 4.1. (4.2 has changed a lot, so the author stated that the app won't work for 4.2 yet) I purchased the app from Google Play. I can uninstall/install from market. So, I am wondering if I don't have the required FUSE support.

If you didn't add it to your project, then does the 3.1.10 kernel have it built-in at all?

I really want this app working, and all my other apps work fine (minus some oddballs that crash on fresh install, like UNCOPT File manager).

Hi, for the volume reset issue, Go to System>sound>Silence Time and disable.

looking at lib/module, no file named fuse exists. if it is present elsewhere, then it exists ouside of the file path i stated. you're asking for support for a single app that you use. is that app going to solve all the issues that the devs are working on for all atrix 4g users including yourself or is that app going to solve an issue for just you?

Does a release of CM10.1 imply a release of CM9?

Not asking for an eta, but are they connected in that the kernel was at a stage for a CM10.1 release and so it is also at a stage where a CM9 build can be released.

I compiled and flashed latest kernel from github. I have to say thanks to the devs, now i have a fully working cm9 (witch works better than cm10.1 I THINK)
So the ONLY issue left is screen witch doesnt wake up in calls. (some times it does)
Also is there an app that shows the 1% battery percentage on notification bar?

Do you get cellular data disconnecting with cm9?

I'm curious of that also, latest kernel brings some changes to modem handling but it needs testing. I'm also working on proximity issue on call, when its fixed there should be new release published.
I will test as I use mine as a daily driver, Are the CM10.1 deepsleep fixes included, I will be testing on CM10.1

Kingbobski, i had the same question with you, i got the answer when i compiled it. So yes the deep sleep is fixed now.
As for the cellular disconnection i didnt noticed anything till now (but i dont use cellular data).
One more thing i got is the multiple sms', i get the sms' 4 times and then every some hours one notification more untill i reboot

EDIT: Maybe its offensive(i dont want it to be) maybe just a silly question. But why do we use this rom? I mean montuori isnt a part of the team (really, i have missed him)? Why dont we use Mrom ICS? I just flashed it and the sms issue is gone, maybe tha call proximity sensor issue too

That's a bit of exaggeration. We are working separately on roms but exchange information/files if it helps (like GPS, modem). But we are working as a team on kernel. I'm still noob when it comes to rom development, so both Michael and Emerson helps me a lot with it and I'm just a little help (if any) for them (mostly low level/kernel related).

Sorry, perhaps not the best wording there. What I meant is, it's a product of all you guys' effort, and no single dev can claim all credits and no team member can be excluded from credits.
