When you try to install a paid application from the market, you get an error saying "Couldn't install to SD card or USB storage".

Excellent! If it matters, it looks like viper credited Vin for getting APM up and running in his ROM.

I'm curious about a couple of things you removed from the rom. M7_bm_startup_animation.zip and m7_vm_startup_animation.zip. These are boot animation for boost and virgin mobile versions of the one, correct? Interesting if this means the phone could be coming to those prepaid carriers soon.

Just go in to apps and clear your cache and data for Google play and Google.services. Problem fixed. Used to have the same problem with a lot of Skyrocket ROMs. Tried it here and it works perfectly.

Can someone verify that re-installing paid apps from the app store work in this ROM? I had problems not been able to install paid apps on Viper's ROM so I had to return to my original rooted stock backup and the problem was gone. But I really like some of the updates on the new ROM's like battery %, transparent bar and so on. Thanks.

Odd. It worked for me. Is everyone clearing both cache and data then rebooting? Seems strange that it would work for both of us and no one else...
