Hello,

did download the twrp-3.1.1-0-t6univ.img, Candy-t6-7.1.2.Final.v6.0-OFFICIAL-20171004-2029 ROM
did unlock my bootloader from htc dev and face a problem with flashimng the twrp, after flashing see result below:
C:\adb>fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
target reported max download size of 1542111232 bytes
sending 'recovery' (14212 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.672s]
writing 'recovery'...
(bootloader) signature checking...
FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)
finished. total time: 3.140s

boot into recovery and i did get the twrp screen, got another screen with the below options:
reboot system rom
apply update from adb
wip datewipe cach
reboot to bootloader
power downview recovery logs
apply from phone storage
apply from sd card

also lines with
E:missing bitmap oem:_unloack_bg
code -1
handl_cota__install cwpkg to /data/data/cwtemp/cwps.zip
can not flash the rom
any idea,
Thx.

As what I stated on the other thread

1. Make sure the following fastboot folder has:
adb
AdbWinApi.dll
AdbWinUsbApi.dll
fastboot
twrp-3.1.1-0-t6univ
Unlock_code.bin

Then flash the boot.img recovery again using this commands:
fastboot devices (if your device serial appear you are good to go)
2. fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-t6univ.img (your previous command is wrong that's why you got error on it. command line must be fastboot flash recovery "thentherecoveryname" and add ".img)
– hit Enter
fastboot erase cache
- hit enter
3. The process of installing of your custom recovery will now start on HTC One Max.
Once done, go to REBOOT BOOTLOADER and select it.
Scroll and then select RECOVERY option. This will take you to TWRP recovery interface.
Then flash the rom

Hmmm very weird. Can you relock your device again then try to unlock it, by the way I forget to ask, does your unlock token came from HTC dev?

command for relocking----> fastboot oem lock (select YES) and head over to bootloader
then unlock again with this line ----> fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

If unlocking is successful then that's the time you can flash custom recovery (TWRP) by redoing the previous instructions that i told you.

Does anyone have 3.03.651.5 firmware running on their sprint htc one max? 3.03.651.3 is the latest RUU out and it had an OTA that updated the no sim card error & a few other things. I need to fix my no sim error so if anyone can extract their firmware and upload it, I will add it to my firmware thread giving you credits. Also I would appreciate it for myself so I can keep working on device builds. I am no longer with sprint so I cannot run the RUU and update my device. That's just not how sprint works for some reason.

I actually had the latest OTA on an old SDcard I had laying around. The latest Sprint version is actually 3.03.651.5 and I'm in the process of packaging up the firmware to upload. This will have the red text removed and I am trying to learn how to faux lock it as well Once I figure all of this out & test it, I will get it uploaded to my bootloader thread for those in need.

I have installed this Rom, but I have a question :

What exactly does "[OMS-rootless]" mean ? Can I root this Rom or is it not "rootable" ?

(I just flashed SuperSU.zip, but phone doesn't start up, I only see the 4 Google Dots animation for about 10 minutes now)

The rom is rooted already. You just have to enable root. Also we have a lot of exciting new things in our c7.1.2 builds but unfortunately the baseband is broken & I'm getting the "No sim card" error again. Soo as I get this fixed you can expext an update. As of android 8.0 we are in no big hurry but it WILL come. We are taking our time to make 8.0 a very sweet rom for everyone. Tho we have not started on O yet we have been going over every detail until we are ready to dive into O.

    Hi Folks,

I know it's been a while for many of you, but I am reaching out to you here. We had a problem with our file hosting, and lost some data and hard work.

Needless to say, we all are devastated.

I'm asking for someone here to post their most recent download from this thread, so it won't have to be closed.

    Thanks for your help,
    Dan
