Hi. How to install this rom on stock Android 11 rom step by step ?

Hi! Probably, I've found serious bug. I've found this problem after several factory resets. If I enable PIN code and "Home screen only" in Home screen layout menu , after reboot I get black screen for 2 second while entering correct pin code and getting back to pin lock screen again. Only factory reset helps.
Do we have any solution for this?
