so basicly is it possible to get S10e port if that not a Dynamic Partition (super), getting else APEX issues.

go to the updates section of the play store or manually install android system webview apk. in the next version (out tomorrow) this will be fixed

I can't enter the play store without a google account. I've already tried downloading the android system webview apk (android-system-webview-105-0-5195-124.apk) but this solution didn't work.
