I gave you the link to my pre-rooted post in my previous post, use it.
P.S. If you get into bootloop after flashing one of pre-rooted Roms, don't panic.
Take your battery out, wait for 1 minute.
Put it back in, boot into stock Recovery (volume up + home + power)
Do a factory reset and wipe cache.
Reboot, and all should be well.

help..odin failed during installation of ddlb2..saying firmware encountered an issue and select recovery mode in kies and ty again..please help this out
I'd like to flash this one (coming from GB), but I'm a little bit scary due to all I read 'bout bricking I still don't know why can't I flash an ICS ROM only with CWM (so no Odin) and such as AbyssNote 4.2 kernel...
I flashed ICS custom ROMs on my GF's Nexus S and I even flashed custom ICS ROMs in my Motorola Xoom just via CWM
So, can I just flash this one following procedures (AbyssNote fullwipe - flash zip)? What about CF kernels?
I'm a little bit confused 'cuz some other devs just told to use Odin instead of normal CMW flash
Thank you all..
