i was coming from nameless rom 12 so i only flashed recovery as stated in the wiki page, (los recovery 20220802)

seems like u dirty flash from A12 & it doesn't work.

i initially also wanted to try dirty flash like u did, coz for some ROM, it works.
but as pointed out, dirty flash doesn't work for A13.
i suggest u follow the following steps:

1. MSM tool your device to stock.
2. Update to latest OOS12 version.
3. Enable USB debugging, unlock bootloader.
4. Flash to older dtbo.img & vendor_boot.img
5. Flash recovery.img to LineageOS recovery.
6. Reboot into recovery.
7. adb sideload copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip
*this is to make sure latest OS is installed on both partition*
8. Reboot again back into recovery, factory reset.
9. adb sideload nameless_A13_rom.zip
10. adb sideload Magisk-v25.2.zip if u wish to root.
11. Done! reboot into system.

There is no option for flashight on power button I think (not found it yet).

I mean if it's posted in the install instructions, then it's required. It wouldn't be in the flash instructions if you didn't have to do it. All major OS upgrades usually require a clean flash/install/data format.

i was wondering if direct or dirty flash works cuz it usually works on other ROM.
but as tested by RodeoPoet, it doesn't work.

Well that comes with the territory. Do you normally need to clean flash or factory reset on stock, uprooted, locked bootloader ROMs? More often than not, no. Unless it's a OnePlus device. They (OnePlus) don't even know what they're doing, especially when it came to the "merger".

If I can tell you needn't to flash OOS if you are coming from custom ROM with C6x firmware.
I was on crDroid, just flashed recovery, formated data and adb sideloaded this ROM. It works like a charm.

i didnt look so i ask anyways, is the OOS camera on this a13 version? also is the root system read/writeable or R/O? i like to debloat and delete apps manually plus edit system files. thanks

Came from stock OOS12 and instal was simple and easy. Everything is working as expected and is honestly the best Custom ROM I have used in years! Fixed the fingerprint icon not showing with the suggestion a few pages back by setting screen resolution to QHD+

Was about to return this device to Amazon as I despised OOS, but now a new life has been breathed in to this device. Thank you Dev!

Found a bug with lock screen but not sure how to report them properly.

To reproduce:

1) Restart your phone
2) When the phone reboots, open pin pad right away and enter your PIN
3) As you're entering your PIN, you'll notice the lock screen resets, requiring you to re-enter your PIN afterwards

Tmobile has different numbering. C20 is the latest as stated by TheSayaMan.
Edit: does this rom include as much customization as crdroid? I want to switch but still hesitating...
