Hi
From 2 days im first time using custom rom - Nameless Android 13
Already found some problems. Charging Battery stuck at 60% , moded Gcam want work wide/tele camera , and some small crashes.

I thinking to make downgrade to Nameless 12.1. its good idea to back ? - was more stable?

I back to fabric with MsM - update to C47 - try put 12.1 - instalation abort becuase it was downgrade...
What im doing wrong ?
MSM won't work. Don't even try to downgrade to 12.1.
Battery charging to only 60% is due to an option called "Optimized Charging" it limits the charging. Disable it.

I'm on the 10/25 build and I'm having a problem with tap to wake. Regardless of how the phone goes into screen off (idle, double tap status bar, power button) and regardless if ambient display is always on, after a certain amount of time, the screen does not respond to any taps or holding the fingerprint reader. The only thing that wakes the screen is the power button.

Is there a setting I'm missing for tap to wake?

Hello, I would like to begin by thanking you for a stable ROM. When I say monumental task, I mean I am staring at that monument now.

May I ask if you have source code available? Not a JSON pointing to an OTA that has already been compiled, but the actual source tree you are compiling from?

I completely understand if you are not comfortable sharing the work, but after clicking on the link in the original post labelled "Source Code" I am directed to a repository containing no source code to check compilation against.

I am asking so I can both confirm compilation parameters (To work on a ROM I am most comfortable if my machine produces the exact result delivered over OTA, that way I know any changes are but my own) and to change a single 'n' to 'y' within the driver tree for further testing.

Thank you for the time, and for a functioning ROM

Anyone have a issue where the notification sound goes off constantly? I have tried this and the stag a13 roms and have this bug and it's annoying. I have to set my default notification sound to mute. Maybe its just the T-Mobile unlocked version?
Nope. My Google calendar alerts and other notifications are all working properly.

I'm T-Mobile phone on T-Mobile plan.

Anyone had any issues where on a call, if I'm on hold for more than a few minutes, the other party can no longer hear me when they return to the phone?

Hang up and re-call them and all is fine.

I stop being able to play videos all the time and have to force stop the app and they start working again. I press play and they just start loading infinitely or throw an error. Not on every app though - Google photos is fine, but Chrome and Boost are a pain
I've had this problem before with this ROM back in Android 12, so I'm not sure if it's a problem with my current installation...
I'm on the latest version

I Updated to C.48, so what do I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'll walk you through it, the instructions have been so confusing for me but I finally got it working

    -Unlock your bootloader
-When you reboot, skip through setup, enable developer options again and re-enable USB debugging
-Boot into fastboot/bootloader (adb reboot bootloader)

From here, you need to download 5 files
    • dtbo.img
    • vendor_boot.img
    • boot.img
    • latest version of nameless rom
    • copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip
dtbo.img and vendor_boot.img are found HERE
boot.img and nameless rom are found on the download link in the main post, HERE if you're lazy
    copy partitions zip is found
    HERE

-In fastboot, type these in order
    fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
    fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
    fastboot flash boot boot.img

Obviously, if the img files aren't in the root adb.exe folder, then you put the path to the file
    E.g - fastboot flash dtbo C:\Users\lol\Desktop\dtbo.img

At this point you've flashed the nameless recovery, and you're still in fastboot. Now you need to boot into the recovery.

-Press the volume down button twice so it says "recovery mode" at the top, then press the power button. You're now booting into the recovery.
-In the recovery, select "Apply Update", then "Apply from ADB"
-On your PC, type in 'adb sideload copy-partitions-20210323_1922.zip' (Or whatever you've named the copy-partitions zip)

This is a script that will copy everything from the current slot into the inactive slot. You NEED to do this if you haven't flashed your OOS update twice. Might as well do it anyway just in case.

-After it's done, click the back button on the top left and get back to the main screen
-Click advanced, then reboot to recovery
-Once it reboots into recovery again, click factory reset and follow the instructions
-When you've factory reset, go back to the main screen again, and go to "Apply Update", then "Apply from ADB" again like you did before
-Type 'adb sideload nameless.zip' (nameless.zip being the rom, type whatever you've called it, and yes you can rename the zip files for ease)
    -Reboot
    -Enjoy

    NOTE:
If you use windows powershell, you might get a 'cannot read' error when flashing the rom
    Try using command prompt instead

When you flash, it might appear as if it's frozen (it was stuck at 47% for me), don't touch it, just leave it and it will install just fine.

If no devices are showing up in fastboot, use this tutorial HERE
