No you need to downgrade to OOS 11 first. Use MSM tool to do it: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/op9pro-repository-of-msm-unbrick-tools-tmo-eu-glo-in.4272549/

Because OOS cam is not ported for non-OOS ROMs.

I know it's not OOS but if you look at the screenshots provided you can see Dolby Atmos option in Oneplus Settings

Above shared screenshot taken from 8 series and Dolby atom have low volume issue in speaker so I not included also I don't owned 9 series yet so it's hard to me port OnePlus camera for 9 series.

8 serisinden ve Dolby atomundan alınan yukarıdaki paylaşılan ekran görüntüsü hoparlörde düşük ses sorunu var, bu yüzden dahil etmedim ve henüz 9 serisine sahip değilim, bu yüzden 9 serisi için OnePlus kamerayı takmak benim için zor.

Maybe remove that screenshot, so people don't keep asking about it too often?
Looks really better than other roms. The only other rom i think is good is Ancient Rom. It has been updated to A12 this week.

FaceUnlock ??

I would like to know this too. It probably doesn't because none of the other Android 12 custom roms have face unlock. I've tried everyone but AncientOS and this one. I don't believe the Pixel 6's have it either so it likely has something to do with that. The official ColorOS and OxygenOS Android 12 roms have face unlock if you really want it.
