OP3Lite is almost self explanatory. It is a lighter, and in my opinion, faster, version of the stock image. The stock image itself was amazing and did not need much done to it. All I have done is add a few tweaks and get rid of all unnecessary bloat that can be downloaded from the Play Store. Since this is based on OxygenOS, there are no issues with any of the features unique to the OnePlus 3. Everything in this Rom can easily be done by the most novice Android tweaker, but for those of you that don't want to go through that, here you go!

1. Install Official TWRP Recovery
2. Download latest OP3Lite zip
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Wipe and install

When you flash the stock OOS or a ROM that is based off of OOS, will it restore encryption to the device? Does OOS come with forced encryption to where it encrypts the storage on flash or on boot, or is the OP3 just encrypted out of the box? Thanks for any help or advice! :D

Yes, indeed. When you flash it on a decrypted storage it will encrypt it again.

Thanks, it's perfect for me as I like oxygen os but don't want Google on my phone :)

EDIT:
Nevermind, I actually thought you removed all GApps including google play services framework, google play store, etc.'
You could've made it clear by saying that you didn't remove the basic ones.

i flashed with dianlujitao twrp and frezze on oneplus logo
my solution: flash basketbuild twrp and then clean and flash again and finally boot

you may be able to flash this rom then flash this kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development/kernel-t3404970 as it doesnt force encrypt but you should make sure it works with 3.1.3first

edit- the post above mine confirms my post lol. but also confirms the kernel works

Was decrypted and thn flashed ur rom.flased op3 lite thn xposed.booted fine.and still decrypted..thnks for nice rom.fluid and fast.hv to test the battery..

i dont think so
with the other twrp flash the rom inmediately only see installing system and boot.img and done
with this twrp take a while to install the rom and see more process before installing boot.img
so i think so there a bug with this rom and the twrp with encrypt option

    Here is the minor 3.2.7 update to OOS. I consider this a minor update. All it does is bring OP3Lite to OOS 3.2.7.

    OP is very busy lol. I'm going to be honest without trying to dive too deep in my personal life. I'm finding it harder and harder to manage and update this rom. I really want to but life hasn't exactly handed me lemons recently. I really want to get this update started so hopefully this week I can get it out to you guys.

    OP3Lite 2.1 Uploading...

    OP3Lite is uploading as I type this. It has be updated with OxygenOS 3.2.1 plus a few extra goodies. I will post official changelog once its done uploading.

    That being said, I have decided not going to COMPLETELY abandon development. I will continue to push out updates and linger on the thread. I am just being slammed in my personal and work lives and just felt completely overwhelmed when trying to get this rom up to date. I apologize for the scare. We all have our demons and I just need to put mine in their places. Thanks for the support and I apologize for any inconvenience my crazed post may have caused. :)
