How to Flash :-

* Download the Rom
* Boot Into recovery (TWRP recommended)
* Wipe your system, cache,dalvik cache and Data.
* Just flash This Rom & Whichever Gapps you want.
* Reboot into system..!
* Profit.. Enjoy..!

I believe this is a feature of the theme, try installing another .

Yeah other theme shows the icon OK... Not big... Also one more thing... After boot up in setup wizard I seen some other language in app optimization line rather the english

Yes, the first boot is totally normal appear that different language.

Nice work pal, excuse me but apps like Facebook, Snapchat, Messenger by Facebook, and mid heavy games works flawlessly like stock? In CM13.1 never works Facebook, ever it pop up an message "Facebook Has Stopped".
