Try to flash new version of TWRP (3.2).

This may occurred problems sometimes & you won't get boot into TWRP,
As from my personal experience i have tried to ugrade from Squid2 TWRP 3.1.1 r_3 to official TWRP 3.2.0 from TWRP itself & after that won't get boot into TWRP..
As you have rooted you can use official TWRP App or FlashFire to flash this image from you're device itself, but still PC/laptop method is recommended,
Also one more thing some user's have reported that after upgrading to official TWRP 3.2.0 they are unable to restore their TWRP backup's.. so please bear this in mind & try at you're own risk.. :)

If that is true, I think I heard someone say they had successfully done it with Flashify(edit: verified a few posts down). I know I tried the official TWRP app and completely hosed my phone because it downloaded a garbage module and destroyed recovery, so don't do that.

yesterday my twrp goes wrong after install cosmic os.. but manage it by installing twrp via fastboot mode.. ???

Verified - I just used "Flashify (for root users)" to flash official twrp-3.2.0-0-osprey.img on top of squid's r3 and it worked fine. Download the images before you use Flashify.

yes... obviously pc.. without pc we cant install twrp from fastboot mode.. :D

In that case, it would be really nice if Alberto would make a new build with the 8.1 tree and hopefully the bluetooth patch I pointed out.

    LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.0.0 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Installation
    Requires Unlocked Bootloader & a custom recovery (at least twrp-osprey-3.1.1-r3.img or newer release is needed)

    1. Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
    2. Reboot in Bootloader Mode
    3. Go to "Recovery" (Vol +/Vol -) and confirm (power)
    4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    5. Wipe Dalvik cache
    6. Install the ROM zip
    7. DO NOT REBOOT
    8. Install the Gapps zip (optional)
    9. Reboot

    N.B. Official LineageOS builds are unrooted, if you want this feature back flash su (arm) (available here) then enable root access from Settings -> Developer options.
    Unroot is even easier, just flash "su removal" package available at the previous linked page.     (not yet implemented)

    Now camera is working while camcorder works only on Footej as long you don't try to record a video on other cameras (Thanks to LuK for pointing out needed patches).
    CMActions has been implemented which means that Chop Chop and Double Twist gestures are now working and ambient display can be triggered in the same ways as Lineage 14.1.
    Also the settings crash on dual sim devices should be fixed.
    Just the last thing, the previous build did not have backuptool support. Then you have to flash gapps and everything else that relies on addon.d again.

    New release available, VoLTE should be back now (I can't test it) and the crash on incoming calls due to Proximity Silencer has been fixed.
    The latest TWRP release from squid2 (twrp-osprey-3.1.1-r3.img) is required in order to install this and newer builds.
