Elixir 1.8 Update has been pushed.
Changelogs:
• Volume panel moved to left.
• DotFix 6.2 included.
• Prebuilt NGcam v1.8.
• Dash Charging issue fixed.
• June security patches.
• Improved Performance & Stability.
I was using Elixir 1.7, and I've just flashed Elixir 1.8 from Orange Fox recovery, using adb sideload, but it seems my phone is now bootlooping :
What am I doing wrong ?

Edit: Sideloaded 1.7 and phone is booting, I'm relieved... But not sure what's wrong when sideloading 1.8

Hey guys, wifi is broken for me on 5T, both with the stock kernel and X. Clean flashed from Derpfest with magisk and the dm-verity zip only.
Hi, I found a bug which has existed in 1.7 and persisted to 1.8. If I reply to any message through the notification, after closing the quick settings, I can't pull it down to full view again until I restart the phone.
Also, I'm not sure about this one but is the update through settings supposed to work? 
When 1.8 came out and I was still 1.7, I tried updating it but it kept saying "The update check failed. Please check your internet connection and try again later."

hi i got it off the project site for in the oneplus 5t instructions,
i found out the issue, the instructions says use orangefox, after i flash twrp 2.6 unofficial, everything got fixed

So I've been using this ROM for months. I was on ElixirOS 1.7 and when I flashed ElixirOS 1.8, my device went into bootloop.

The same here, it does not exit Recovery or try with a previous backup. Any solution?
I need some serious help here if any of you guys would be so kind. I would appreciate it. OK, so I rooted my OnePlus 5T and I installed TWRP, everything was fine. Then I installed Magisk and RIRU and then EdXposed and still everything was fine. Then I read I had to flash Orange Fox instead of TWRP to flash this rom, so I did that and everything was fine. Then one time I booted to Orange Fox and it said my Data was encrypted. So I wiped it clean and everything else that was on that partition was wiped also. So now I'm back to pretty much square one, except I don't have root now and I can't install any modules in Magisk. Would someone point me in the correct direction? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
I had to install Google, but when I go to assistant settings it says this feature is currently unavailable on this device

NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine.
