Wipe Cache, Dalvik cache, System, Data and Vendor
Flash Rom
Again navigate to wipe, Hit format data type "yes" (Only if encrypted)
Enjoy the clean rom

Issues that I found:
Any of the cherish custom settings ain't working/showing.
No themes, miscellaneous or animation settings show anything.
No Face unlock.
Random restarts(less likely to occur) .
No app lock.
Very low brightness.
Battery 50% showing for some seconds after restart.
If anything else comes, I'll update my post. Thanks for the hard work, ROM is nice, good battery life, enjoying it very much.
