Same here : FP and LED not working
Maybe that is because I skipped the first step.

OK. I did a full wipe of phone. I installed the necessary firmware from the OP. I then installed the ROM latest link. Then I flashed GApps and Magisk 19.2.
Fingerprint still not working.
And still no LEDS.

For the rest I haven't spent time enough to say what's working and what's not.

Maybe we should report what model/make we own more precisely ?

Here FP is working, led notifications are not working. Dual sim controls are working, GPS is much faster. Touch vibration is kind of weak.

How did you install ?

Thern rebooted to recovery.
Then installed the FW given in OP.
Then installed AOSiP.
Then installed OpenGApps.
Then installed Magisk.
Then rebooted...

Result : no FP.

Phone bought from Official Xiaomi store in France.

I did everything you did, except storage wipe and Magisk (installed it later). My phone is bought in China, in official store, naturally.

Yep mine is a Chinese 4/64 and the FP is working fine on it.
