Hi guys,
I'm testing this rom and i say it is the better rom for Mi Max 3.
I dont finding any bug. The only problem is low microphone on Whatsapp, but i fix altering the file /system/vendor/etc/mixer_paths.xml (more detail ask me).

And add this keys on buil.prop in /system/build.prop and /system/vendor/build.prop .. restar and test.

use.dedicated.device.for.voip=false
use.voice.path.for.pcm.voip=false

Make backup before ...

The battery is very nice, in union with LKT, for me is better.
It is running Kernel Resurrectedkernel 6.2.
It's recorder call native.
MTP works fine.
Audios in call, on headphone ... works fine.
Signal sim card and wifi, is hight.
Configurable a lot.
Gcam works fine too.
For more, ask me ...

For me, the bright is a bit high (normaly from the all roms, incclude Miui) and i fix with Magisk Module.
An only issue find when downgrade data for 2G when lock screen. I cant set time (0~180) waiti start feature before lock screen.

I jumped from Xiaomi.eu 9.6.20 about OrangeFox, with clean flash and works very fine.

What's the module for brightness fix?

I flash this https://forum.xda-developers.com/xi.../miui-auto-brightness-fix-magisk-mod-t3834013. But before i set array .xml into framework-res less aggressive.
Its not fix 100%, sometimes on first unlock the bright still hight.

Very nice.

It seems that after setting the my new profile, bright is also working too as there is an option to set the%. I am still testing.

Hello,

When switching to Guest profile, and then the main admin/user profile, the phone becomes unresponsive (I think touchscreen doesn't work). When I forced shutdown and restart it worked fine but some apps got corrupted like Whatsapp.

I have installed the very latest update by the way.

hi all,
i have an issue with the lockscreen settings.
Running crdroid 5.8 (20191006), but the issue was present in the previour versions as well.
In settings/security & location/device security "screen lock"
When attempting to set a lockscreen password, the settings menu displays "swipe" as current lockscreen.
When pressing on it however, my previously set pin is required. the following screen (which usually allows for a change) is blank, "settings app keeps stopping"or returns a black screen (device locked), in arandom order.
does anyone have an idea what it is?

I am using orangefox recovery
phone is encrypted with text password on boot.

Since 20290929 update, occassionally, once you lock the screen and then unlock it, you can't touch anything on the screen. The screen will become untouchable. I will have to restart the phone for it to work. Sometime it won't work till I reflash the kernel and or the firmware.

Any advise is truly appreciated.

The lasts builds are automatically builded, and Mr Coldbird is busy. If previous are working fine, downgrade to previous.
Or you can ask on the Telegram Group if you want to try.

The patch works.
The sound of the recording on WhatsApp and Telegram is louder.
But when I talk on the phone, I can hardly be heard.
How to correct mixer-path.xml so that when talking on the phone the microphone worked as before.

Changes to mixer_paths.xml should not change the call microphone. In the tests performed did not have this behavior.

Rollback the patch and test if it was really his caused it.

Try to convert to exFAT.
I have 400gb exFAT SanDisk and working good.

Excellent firmware, but Can not overcome the bug with a microphone in the messengers (very quiet recording of voice messages Telegram, Whatsapp).
The manipulations laid out above by a sfairmm help with the loudness of the microphone, but there is a background noise and when a phone conversation the microphone is too sensitive as if the loud connection is turned on.
If someone was able to properly overcome this problem, please write.
