I have same problem, every time I try to install the modem pack using ODIN it just Fails... I have no network which really sux...
I odin flashed the modem pack after having no LTE... It totally worked after one attempt. I'm not sure what the problem is for these guys that can't get it to work.
Neither can I as I downloaded it a couple times to make sure it wasn't corrupt.
At this time though my tablet apparently has no IMEI either which is a tad disturbing, will do a total stock refresh tonight when I get home from work...
Thought I'd mention, mine is also a 32gb Hongkong model with CSC as TGY originally... Who knows what it is now...

A favour to ask of one of you guys on this rom:
On my near-stock 4.4.2 rom, splashtop lags quite badly despite other devices like my note 4 running perfectly smooth.
I figured its either a hardware fault or a software/ROM one, and would simply like to know if anyones tried splashtop on this rom, and if so - how well does it work?
Oh and this rom looks like TW, but i wasn't aware 4.4.4 came out for this device. is this a port from another device, or themed CM/AOSP?

Had my first bug yesterday. I tried to do a phone call with my tablet, it actually worked but the app force closed. Hence I could not quit or abort the phone call. Everything else is working fine though.
I also could not flash the modem package via Odin. Keep on getting "Fail".
OK, if you find you have "lost" your IMEI, flash latest stock rom back over and start again, it'll come back...
Then re-root, flash custom rom and setup all over again.

Okay the Bootloader blocked the Update. Then we must first update the Bootloader too
What is your Baseband at the moment?
Maybethis is the reason why we notice the old Baseband so i can make an other Modem Pack.
Is there any way around the bootloader blocking the update? I've also tried this and it always fails. I tried 3 different odins.
My broadbase is- P605XXUCNE2
If I update my firmware to a newer one would this work with the modem update? Which broadbase did it work with for the ones it worked with??

I flahsed P605XXUCNE2 and then it put it back to stock via Odin on PC. Then I flashed superuser via Odin PC. After that I installed twrp via Google play and then booted to recovery. Flashed the ROM and have service (LTE). I actually flashed the November baseband and then decembers. By updating baseband are just updating firmwares to do this? or just odin to P605XXUCNE2 - then updating the modem on it's own?

Just did it one time and that was the AP section. Then flashed superuser via odin, twrp via google play, then flashed this rom. I am actually on the P607 with a different baseband but I dont see the issue and never have had a LTE issue with this rom. Hope you can get it working.
Maybe you can upload your files for everyone with a small howto. .

I finally got this ROM working with mobile data!!
I upgraded my baseband to P605XXUCNG1 and installed the ROM and mobile data worked straight away. Seems like the rom doesn't like baseband P605XXUCNE2 on my device anyway.
This is how I did it, I had a bit of fun doing it... Tried to update my firmware to P605XXUCNG1 - the device wouldn't boot for some reason so I used P605XXUCNE2 firmware, and made a modem file myself using 7zip and updated my broadbase to P605XXUCNG1 and reflashed the ROM and I got mobile data working straight away! Hope this helps the people who couldn't get mobile data!

awesome, I had it work once or twice without the modem file but I just got a signal and it didn't work... Did you test it out?
So, and now it stopped working after installing modem file or is it working ???
