I had same issue when I updated the 'Smartcard Manager' with Aptoid app. For me, I simply removed the update from Application Manager. Since then, this annoying message was gone.
If you find this particular system app never updated, you could do 'Disable' this app from /Application Manager/More/Show System Apps, or freeze it if you're using 'Titanium Backup' app until someone shows how to resolve it.
In fact, having thought of this app as one of bloating apps, I had deleted this system app for a few days for a test, but haven't found any specific malfunction. However, I restored this app now back to system because I'm still not sure what this app does for.

I have installed this rom-20170801 (link 4) today with personal addons:
- magisk_v14
- xposed_20161125_v87.1_wanam

Is it normal having the red "SEANDROID" message on boot up?

Fyi, I did a clean-install again of the rom (as is) and can confirmed these:
1. SEANDROID:
Answering myself, the red message "not enforcing" on boot up is normal with current rom.
Reason: sepolicy issue
Solution: ?

2. init.d:
The bootimg has support for it through "init.darklord.*" scripts but it doesn't execute.
Reason: ?
Solution: use magisk boot scripts /magisk/.core/service.d

3. Wi-Fi MAC address:
It is static with a value of 00:90:4C:C5:12:38 for all users.

I had DNSMasq enabled on my router,and this option slowed name resolution only on Android devices,other devices worked well.
After turning it off,everything it fine for me.

I turned on the airplane mode but the "cell standby" service cost 16 percents battery while "screen" shared 78%. I didn't use sim card at all so is there any way to cut this "cell standby" service off or just keep it from draining my battery?

Finally I have the latest Snote version and an functional spen with this awsome rom on my p605 !!!
I tried many others customs but the snote it crashes. Now i feel as the tablet is doing the job.

OK that scares the piss out of me. I have a TMO version of the tablet with connected SIM and all. we use it every F'n day!!
The threat of loosing the IMEI number and not being able to use it on my network..... I can't even.
Please let me know what I need to do to prevent/restore the loss of connectivity to my beloved tablet. (paid a lot for it)

The Only bug is microphone .Not working on Skype,viber (on camera app work fine ,with bluetooth handset is working fine)
