Just installed this ROM (latest Nightly not the UNOFFICIAL) with the 'gapps-jb-20130129-P75xx.zip' on my Tab 10.1 P4WiFi GT-P7510 and all seems to be working fine.
I think I tried to use the bootloader, but every time I try and do something with the bootloader it seems to give me a rolling screen.
Used ROM from here:

GApps from here:

Hi,
My tablet specs are:
Model:GT-P7500
ANdorid: 3.2
Kernel:2.6.36.3
what would be the correct procedure to install this ROM?
Update CWM then :
1.update Bootloader with odin
2.install the ROW with ODIN:
http://droidbasement.com/galaxy/roms/cm10.1/p4/
3.flash the modem with ODIN
http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=p4&type=nightly
Is this correct?
Thanks again!
Neuropass,
The only thing you really need to flash via ODIN is the bootloader (or stock ROM if you have major issues and just want to start fresh to make sure your device still even works!)
Typically once you have CWM, you boot into recovery (hold power + vol down and go to the thumbnail on the left (recovery)), then install clear data, format /system/, clear delvik, then install zip from SDCard.
Most ROM pages will have install instructions, but they usually go like:
Flash CWM
Boot into Recovery
Backup your current build
Wipe data, format /system/, clear delvik
Flash ROM in CWM
Flash the Gapps in CWM
Reboot (may take a few minutes)
Enjoy
There's a tonne of instructions/video tutorials here:
