Hey everyone again. I have a new nightly with a few changes. Mainly minor things dealing with the graphics and battery. I planning on getting the camera fixed soon. I am currently during some testing with it.

New Nightly

Loaded it up. Seems fine so far... thanks tons for drilling this rom for our P900 tablets.

Need some help!

I am trying to make version for the SM-P901 (3g) Samsung Tablet
I get the same errors trying to make the v1awifi (P900) version
I followed the directions in the repository.
I have successfully made a CM-13 for the Samsung S3 (I9300).

I keep getting the same errors....
See attached logfile.

Yes hi, now first off, I've rooted a tablet before, and nothing went wrong, but there was always something off, something I screwed up during the process as sometimes it would overheat, or basically drop all battery life somehow.

So anyway, now I'm looking to try my hand at rooting my Note Pro 12.2, and put in CM, but the instructions literally couldn't have less detail, lol. So I was hoping someone could explain the process at least a little better? I wanna get it right this time.

Still have the old one by the way, still works, so don't worry about me not knowing what I'm doing, I do, I just have never been good with limited instructions.

Actually it is easy to install.
1. You should have TWRP 3.0.2.0 installed (it helps)
2. Copy CM-13 to your SD card
3. Copy GaPPS for CM-13 to your SD card
4. Reboot into recovery
5. MAKE A ROM BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING (very important)
6. in TWRP, select Wipe, Advanced
7. Wipe Dalvik, Cache, Data, System
8. Install CM-13 (DO NOT REBOOT after install)
9. Install GaPPs for CM-13
10. Reboot
11. Enjoy MM

I have this working on my P901 (had to change wifi drivers, but wifi now works)

Thank you! That really helped. :3

Now one more question that's kinda serious. My tablet is kinda really heating up. Why is it doing that? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Please say yes.

Have not noticed any heat problems after installing cm-13 with wifi fix.
Maybe check to see if it is one of the apps you re-installed.

I only re-installed a few apps for testing purposes - no heat problems.

With Wi-Fi fix? Is that on the first page? I'll go see, if it's not let me know where it is, and if it is I'll get back to you with the results.

Ok...first of all this thread is for the P900 NOT the P901

I have gotten it to work on my P901 by changing the wifi drivers.
I have uploaded the wifi.zip file a few posts back.
Just download the CM13 for P900 install file, edit the updater-script in the META-INF folder and remove the 1st line (assert....).
This will will remove the hardware check.
After you install the CM13 for P900, install GaPPS, then install wifi.zip and reboot.
Root is part of CM13, but you have to enable it in developer options.

Still over heating. Also I just noticed it after my last post, but does Nova Launcher work with this?

I had it installed but it kept crashing constantly, but maybe it'll work now that I redid it and used the wifi.zip thing?
